I bought one of these Rockstar energy drinks this morning which picked me up for 5 hrs. Just going past 2pm now and holy shit I've hit a wall but time. Exhausted.

 

Funny i was just about to say i feel weak today.

Havnt had caffeine in over a week so that has nothing to do with my feeling weak.

 

just bought 2 40s and the guy tried to short me $4. I paid with a 10 he put it in the register and put the 40s in a bag (not sure which order) and didn't give me the change but claimed he did.

it almost actually slipped past me unnoticed, I like to think this was a mistake but I did get the 4 dollars and thoroughly checked my pockets to make sure, cuz i'd go back and give him the extra money if he actually had given me extra money.

idk, w/e usually mistakes at the register end up with me getting extra money. I remember one time a week or 2 ago where i paid with a 10 and got 15 or so dollar back in change because the cashier must have thought i paid with a 20. should have said something but i didn't

 

I've been having internet connection problems for over 3 weeks now waiting patiently for the company to book in a call out service. I'd given up and called again and yeah they had closed my task so it never got anywhere. Flew off at them, demanded phone call to be recorded (I used to work for the same assholes ) I know all their tricks.
Have a guy coming around tomorrow. I hope they fix it then and there, I have like 5 albums I'm dying to download.. At this rate it'll be quicker to buy them from the States and have them shipped over.

 

Felt something on my neck, i rubbed it but nothing was there. This happened about 5 times on different parts of my neck. Then i felt something on my hand. At least this time i could see where i felt something....so there it is. A spider walking across my hand and it had the exact same feeling that i had on my neck....

 

The only good spider is a dead spider. =0

heh, tell em ur having trouble downloading warez. I'm studying a book on the TCP/IP protocol suite, luckily not all of it is totally new to me. Do they require you have a basic understanding in things like this to work there?

 

Oh hell no. I just landed the job because I came back from a trip to Europe and my security post at the time was given to somebody else. My missus was working there at the time so I applied and got the job doing data entry, kinda just inserting orders into a system. Then outgrew that in 3 months and promoted to mobile phone provisioning. 2 months later promoted to Data Management team with my missus as team leader. 3 months later I ran that 4 man team basically on my own and I knew nothing about computers or IP and stuff. Basically I just put in orders for people to be upgraded or downgraded or terminated and suspended etc.

 

And then I threw all that in to start my own business where I've apparently taken a 12k pay cut with no entitlements or benefits, no time off, no sick days no nothing. Hopefully soon I'll find something else, maybe I'll grow confidence and start applying for team leader warehouse jobs or management stuff. Hell I've been in enough jobs to know a manager gets paid fairly hefty but doesn't need to know shit about the job I can do that surely.

 

Lordhavemercy, girl! When you step on or near one of those snakes and it bites (and bites and bites) you, you may rethink this "I must save all things possible."

Last month a baby (14") rattlesnake was found in the foyer of our home. (I once stepped, accidently of course, on a copperhead, first cousin to the water mocassin, and it bit bit bit bit me.) There were NO THOUGHTS to just get that rattlesnake outside and release it. That truly makes me LOL! Unless I am CERTAIN it is a king snake, I try my dang best to kill any snake I come across.

If I don't have a hoe, which I usually do when I'm outside because I do NOT plan on getting snake bit bit bit bit again...I run like the :devil: is after me.
