I'm feeling so much better and optimistic this past week or so, things are finally looking good for me. I think i went through a really bad really annoying depressing downer phase for a while there... Towards the end of school, I was defiantly not ready to leave school in the least, and soon as I did i ended up getting a job instantly working 6 days a week 8-14 hour shifts every day and I hated it, and it's all I did, and everything was boring and depressing and I never had anything to look forward to...

But lately things are great, I'm over school and realize there's more to look forward to, I finally got my shifts cut down to 4 times a week max, I'm hanging out with old friends again, got the ok from my parents to go to europe next summer, and am working on a pretty decent book i'm wanting to actually publish if all goes well, things are pretty good..

But it's weird... My anxiety was literally pretty much non-existent all throughout that bad phase... But now that i'm happy again, I have a mini panic attack nearly every night... Last night I could barely breath, and my heart was beating so insanely fast and I could feel it pounding in my chest so hard and it was like I could hear it beating inside my head and everything was spinning and it was messed... I forgot how bad my anxiety can get... And i've found that weed doesn't really help it either

one night when i was 20 i think...i was with uncle, cousin (my age), my brother, and our father. all guys in the tiny log cabin with terrible plumbing on a fish trip in northern canada, fun trip.

its late and night and w all get in our beds and as soon as you all get comfortable and about to fall asleep...my uncle says outloud

"hey you want to hear a funny word?"
5 second pause with dead silence
"VA giii Na" said in a way only he would

and all five of us broke out laughing, god damn it was funny, just gone laughing for a solid 5 minutes. priceless moment

 

I find that speaking to a girl while dating, using the word vagina in a conversation, will get in her pants faster. its more mature .. least i thinks..
