I need to be outside Right Now doing stuff before it gets too hot to kill people/me...but I'm here.

I've been going to bed early and getting up early...I'm not so sure I prefer this.

However, I also need to be up way early ready to drive The Mother where ever she wants to go, or she will get in that car and be gone.

Last night I was sitting on this dark brown couch, on the computer, wearing a short-sleeved white top. I'm really very white, so there should be NO PROBLEM seeing me from maybe 15 ft away. Well, Mama kept looking in here from the kitchen door way, about 15 feet way...looking, looking, looking.

About 15 or 20 minutes passed and she stepped like 1 foot past the doorway and it was like SUDDENLY she could see me. lordhavemercy

she laughed and laughed...hee hee...I couldn't see you before.

Godalmighty she doesn't need to drive anywhere. :yikes:

I remember reading on another board that someone's father had an accident and told the police he did not see the tree because the shade was in his eyes. (It was the Alzheimer's board but still)

I am driving over to visit Ty this morning. Nice out there at the moment.

I think it is time I rearranged my bedroom the way I want...been putting it off mainly because I will have to unplug the modem and I hate to touch it while everything is working well but it is time to unblock the doorway.

kiddo went to sleepover at aunties house. play in the sprinkler. let off some energy. quiet in my house so i can focus on all the crapola i need to do. i have a dr appointment tomorrow, so maybe we can go by to get him after that. hubbys schedule got screwed up. he showed up for when he was scheduled, but someone else put in the wrong time, so he was an hour late. im like, no. if the schedule said 9, then you needed to be there by 9, not 8. poor planning on someone else's part does not equal an emergency or crisis, or screw-up on his.
the good/ bad news (i hate that) is the class he was supposed to get stuck in this afternoon has been moved to the 8th, so he has a good section/ shift today without being screwed out of the last 4 hours of it (the best money hours), but july 8th is much more likely to be a birthday than today is.

i do not comprehend how people get responsibilities like scheduling when they are incompetant, nor how businesses stay afloat when they all seem to hire morons. is work ethic and skill really so rare? logic? adaptability?

anyway, we can have good movie watching, name deciding, chitty chat time tonight. maybe even some awkward nookie. my friend said my house is looking great, and that feels good, even if its just the areas that can be seen from the front door. at least now i can use the kids room to adjust and set things aside that i shouldnt be moving out to the garage on my own. yay housework.

It's really hard if not impossible to get them street legal here because of the right hand steering wheel. It's not the same car that passed American crash tests according to them. Sometimes it's not like the windshield is not as thick or something small like that and the right hand drive is a safety risk at turns. I have looked into it trust me so I could somehow get a Japanese or British Nissan Skyline.

    Get a used mail truck...

Actually there are a lot of rural postal delivery people with right hand drive vehicles, so they are available.
