if they played fine before than highly doubtful it's the video card.
Probably a bad/slow network hop somewhere along the line.

interesting. i took a roll, and bit it.. now the roll has one bite , then i thought my roll is kinda dry so im going to nuke a turkey patty . took patty out, stuck inside box, and when it was done. i noticed it took had a bite mark shape./ may of cracked off when frozen. when I laid it on my roll it was 100% perfect..

 

Okay, they did have to do a quick repair here a few weeks ago, to take me out of a bad wiring job that involves 4 or 5 pedestals here on the street. The said they'd be back out to correct all the pedestals and I haven't seen them backout yet.
