how lame...our Canada day is Tuesday so no long weekend this year....although I know of 2 bush parties on Saturday..

also had to cancel my al pacino tickets....didn't ffeel like driving to Ottawa....tried to give them to heat but she wasn't gonna be in town

Whenever i see myself in a mirror i cant help but think how boring the human body is. Its just a body with 2 arms and 2 legs. Nothing exciting about it. No shell no scales no tail no tusk or horns no tentacles just a boring blob of skin with a tiny bit of hair.

 

maybe you should look at a womans body....haha

Well I knew I'd put on some weight since February and have been ignoring the scales since but had to weigh my pup today and yeah, let's just say I wasn't happy. The scales put me 16kg above my last reading and I knew my work uniform wasn't going to weigh that much. So I got home stripped off and weighed. 100.9kg. That's roughly 10kg since February. I'm 6'5 so it doesn't really show at all which is nice but I feel soft and I feel it and I'm not bloody happy about it either! So weight cull it is!

That's still about 5kg less than where I was 18mths ago but that's not the point at all.

Friday night, this'll be interesting.
