one thing about this city beside me here....only 120 thousand people so many bands just play Toronto,ottawa,montreal and then head west

house I wanted last yrs list price was 68K ,, this year is has some crackhead section 8mofos in it, list price is 36K,, hopefully they trash it even more but not terribly more and the list next yr is 10K.. its location, I dont really care about the furnace and ac and plumbing they rip off when they leave.
