So I didn't find the secret handshake to unlock my steering column yet.
I'm considering sacrificing chickens, with my key turned to the left and my blinker to the right. Maybe that'll work.

 

are sure you are putting the key into the slot correctly?

are you sure its a car key?

are you sure its your car?

maybe get a man to help?

My car acted up at one time and it was an anti theft feature. I had to put the ignition to on position and wait for the dash lights to stop signalling then remove the key and it started and the steering wheel was free again. Not sure if this is what is wrong with yours but it might be worth a try. It took about 2 minutes for the lights to stop flashing and reset the anti theft.

 

try locking and unlocking the car door using the key instead of the remote....in cadillacs it also resets the antitheft

 

The old fella around the building helped me. It wasn't locked, it was just tough as fuck because there is a huge fucking leak in my power steering line.

I fucking knew when I hit that monster of a pot hole the other night that something would get fucked up. Figures.

 

go back to the pothole....pour power steering fluid on the pavement under your van....take some pictures......get one of the local buddies to ''witness''......make a claim against the city

i cant see any possible way for a pothole to damage a steering line

it would have happened anyway..probably rusted through


no snow here..its cold but nice...i went and did that little trip i needed and it was fun..was able to do 120 most of the way...opp was doing radar on the way there but was watching the other side and was gone by the time i came back

I think people should be able to claim some kind of dependent status for their cars on income tax. You have to keep them up, pay for insurance, maintenance, etc...Do Canadians have to do income tax returns?

I've gotten a (very) little bit done as far as here in the house; but, the main thing I got done today was get some new firecracker material. :hurray: just waiting (forever it seems - lol) for them to kick in.

some people use red atf in steering and it works but its not the right stuff

there was a news story today about the wildlife overpass...i didnt realize how rare they are...they said its the only one east of the rockies or something like that

i drove under it a few hours ago

About a car being a luxury...I can see the gubmint saying that and being right IF there is an available public transportation system. Many (most) cities in the south have no public transportation. Anyway, I honestly can't fathom not having a car. Many people I work with don't have a car...blows my mind.

If I didn't have a car, I know beyond the shadow of a doubt I wouldn't have a job. Nobody but nobody would take me anywhere but to the doctor when I couldn't drive and had a cast ...I know I wouldn't be able to get a ride to work on a regular basis.

Edit: I remember I could talk my son into taking me a few places, but DEARGOD I had to have a specific reason, rather reasons for him to agree. As long as I was being fed and not laying in the floor with blood flowing from my mouth, nose and ears - I'm considered FINE!

not sure I like the curtain hooks. got beads on the top to help them roll, but ive decided to go with 2 shower curtains split in the middle. since the beads seem to jam in the middle. they seem to sit better on the ends that straight across..

When I play the ps3, its only skyrim and other console games..

On the computer I only play starcraft or other blizzard games.. and their ads are only for other blizzard games..
