Does applying cold or heat help?

 

this clown was stealing metal from the construction dumpster. I was going to call the cops, but I figured just walking out with camera would work. didnt take his picture but he took all the shit and put it back. seriously tho. If it was free metal, wouldnt I take it myself. gtfofh..

 

my gf isnt helping only making things worse. her so called being supportive has gone out the window. suppose to spend the day with me. Id be at the hospital already getting looked at but Im waiting for her no show instead. she dont answer the phone..

I've always thought it would be better to work 10 hour days, but only work 4 hours/week. Same amount of total hours, but an extra day off and you save 20% of transportation costs to/from work

hubby has worked 4 10 hour shifts before. if he didnt have an hour commute each way it would be better. he does prefer having 3 days off. he has to train new people for the next 2 weeks. he requested days off so he could spend time with th boy for spring break, but im not sure the likelihood of him getting any of that. and they are switching the time that he will go in, to days (which never lasts very long). im so sick of his job.

orison- i am familiar with the no-baby-blues, from the female side. it is weird to be sad even when you arent trying/ its impractical. but seeing as more than one person suffers it, it must be normal.
also- consider getting some comfrey root. i get it dried, and reconstitute with boiling water. apply warm/hot to damage area (in this case, where you landed, not necessarily your arm, but where the pain is sourced from) cover with cloth/ plastic wrap. comfrey promotes cell growth and regeneration. its great for broken bones, bruises, and i would think for any damaged nerves and muscle it would also be helpful.


i had to go back through a lot of posts, so i forgot who mentioned it, so i will just say this- if you gots poopy problems, i recommend kefir. it tastes a little weird, but it will straighten your ass out. i usually only have to use it when ive been sick, works on the boy within 2 days, and my mom has always had issues on the other end of the scale, particularly with medications she is on. i brought her some kefir last week and she has caled me at least 3 times to tell me she had no trouble after YEARS of trouble. years. fuck that. have a shot of kefir, boost your gut flora, and feel better.


i stayed up until 6 watching stuff with hubby. then slept until noon. now i have to get stuff done, dagnabbit.
