eating healthy here at my daughters..she made mung bean tacos tonight...with guacamole and balkan yogurt....i hadnt stopped farting yet from yesterdays meal....son of a bitch...i gotta say my 4 yr old grandson can clear a room with one of his tiny little .5 of a second farts....little bugger doesnt warn me either.......

 

I made an awesome dinner tonight - quinoa salad with cucumber, red pepper, and broccoli, and fried portobello mushrooms and onions on a bun with mozzarella. so full.

 

toronto on friday...my final surgery appt for this round and it falls on the anniversary of my crash...april 27 1994...almost to the minute...crashed at 12 noon and appt is at 1130 am in the same hospital....both feet both ankles compound fractures,2 dislocated knees,back broke in 3 places......26 hours of surgery in the first 72 hours post crash....

11.5 months in the hospital...3 surgeries since then

now i run like a girl...an uncoordinated slightly autistic girl

 

holy fuck dude.

 

but there's no animal in that meal

just as one does not get to the north star by following it.. one gets closer to it.

 

83 inches of surgery scars with these last couple....thats an inch shy of 7 feet for you Minnesotans

thats pretty impressive man, i think I'd be taking the pills so I commend you for it. i'm hoping that i'll be able to manage the pain in my hands with just weed and tylenol, but we'll see.
