went to the doc and got a prescription. he gave me a 6 month supply so i was worried it would be a lot of money, after a quick search i found that pills with the same stuff were selling for 20 to 30 dollars for the supply i was getting. so i get to the pharmacy and am ready to check out and the woman says that is $300. but we were only able to fill half the supply. this is for preventative medicine....quick math says that after what insurance covers if i had the same bills it would take me 2 and a half years at that rate to make it not worth my time that i might get sick again. so i pretty much said fuck you i will have to talk to the doc again because i aint paying that. well after i left there i got the idea to talk to the insurance company to see if it is one of the pills covered. turns out it is and it will cost me nothing under my plan. now the only problem is that the prescription is with that pharmacy and in order to fill it with the insurance company they need it.
shouldnt be a problem though because if i go to the docs its 100% covered so they would have to pay it anyway, that is if just calling the doc dosnt work might not because you have to print out the scripts and have them filled. and the doc could be a dick and say i already filled them. to which i would stop seeing him but i would still have to get a new script. then i read from my insurance site that they might be able to transfer the script from the pharmacy to them. makes sense because either way they are paying so why would they want to pay my pharmacy when they can pay the pharmacy that they already own. oh yeah i cant do anything though because they are all closed for super bowl sunday.

could i just be fucking struck down in 45 minutes? fucking craft plans made FOR me, without my consent, demands (and i mean DEMANDS) upon my time i did not ask for, and then, THEN add to that the literal last minute changing of superbowl plans to a different, unknown-to-me location, to be forced to spend time with people i dont know or care for, am certainly not comfortable with, and who have a baby... oh yeah. this fucking day is going to be brilliant now. just shoot me. lets see how high the ptsd can be keyed today. will it max at tension? shakes? crying? screaming? or in the fetal position in a busy intersection? place your bets folks, place your bets.

my back is sore....even napping was brutal...gonna sit in front of the fire and heat it ups

 

Laying down doesn't help my back... Just hurts in a different position. Then getting back up can be brutal at times.

As hard as it is the best thing to do when you back is sore is stretch it out. Even putting a hard cushion or tennis ball at the base of the spine is a good thing. Back pain sucks.

We went snow-shoeing for 1.5 hours this morning/afternoon... it tired me out. Not planning on watching the superbowl tonight, I feel like I'm the only one. I just can't get into football anymore, I used to love it.

 

looking over my receipt from the grocery I noticed they charged me twice for a item....
