Charlie Fucking Sheen

I think the man is fucking hilarious!

 

i did think all of this sheen business was funny until i saw one of the his ustream videos myself. there is really nothing funny about it. its pretty disgusting that we find humor in making fun of someone who is mentally deteriorating right in front of our eyes

 

Am I the only one that sees him in interviews and thinks "Yeah, he's 100% sane. Over the top and eccentric, but in context, pretty much everything he says makes sense."?

 

Yeah, I was thinking his public madness was pretty light compared to the public madness I've pulled off.

 

Some of the world's greatest artists were "mentally deteriorating". It's only because of the internet that we can observe the process "before our very eyes".

 

of course this is true. theres a reason why so many people considered geniuses lived isolated lives. and its no shit that we have a play by play because of the internet/radio/and tv. i think there is a validity in some of the things hes said as well. but i dont think he should be the center of every joke, as in we shouldnt polke fun and laugh at someone who looks like theyre literally in a manic state. im not discounting him, im discounting the way people continue to view the situation

 

the quiet ones are usually the ones that go nuts, cover themselves in honey and call themselves lord of the bumblebee. charlie sheen is fine.

 

There was a segment on the news this morning about how all of his rants might have been rehearsed and staged...

 

It's a great way to fabricate evidence to justify the so-called war on drugs.... scare people straight so to speak. This all could be just another role he is being asked to play.

 

What's everybody's problem with Charlie Sheen? Can't y'all see he's a winner?


This is the same kind of shit people said about Hemingway. Could you imagine if they had tabloids and gossip tv shows in his day? He'd made Charlie Sheen look like a fucking Girl Guide.


I think this shit of Charlie's is definitely an act. I don't think he's stupid or crazy, he knows what he's saying and what he's doing. Weird rants, breaking world records on Twitter. He's not strung out, he's just building a fan base again.

 

I agree...could be the type of thing where they are trying to hide the fact that Sheen is on massive amounts of drugs and they don't want it to look as bad as it does

I think it's pretty shitty how so many, in the public and celebrities, can sit around bashing or condemning Charlie and then go home and drink themselves to sleep, abuse pain killers, smoke loads of weed, use other drugs, etc.

A lot of celebrities use and abuse drugs, many simply hide it well behind a $5000 face.

And let's be honest, how fucking boring is it to watch vapid, clean celebrities? I'm not saying, "Hey, let's all watch and enjoy the trainwreck that is Charlie Sheen," but it's enjoyable to the extent that it seems to piss people off, he seems to be having a good time, etc. It's not really any different than Hendrix getting high as fuck then going out to play Woodstock or The Beatles smoking their brains out than going in to record Rubber Soul.

It's surely damaging to the extent that Charlie has taken it to, but it's certainly a lot more entertaining than hearing George Clooney talk about all the cars he has or the 2 months he spent on the beach in Vienna.

And even if he is nuts, it's still hilarious

 

Sheen's doing everything in his power to keep the spotlight turned squarely on him. He got himself into this situation and is trying to convince the world he's reveling in it.

It ain't pretty to watch now and it's going to get worse when he bottoms out.

 

It's almost like someone is trying very hard to divert out short attention spans away from the things happening in the world that are actually important.

Yeah......I don't give a fuck about Charlie Sheen or what He does, and I'm sick of seeing stories about him on the news.

I'm just glad that his kids were taken away from him, because the man is obviously to unstable to care for them.

 

After seeing the network boss' reactions, I'm thinking he's probably right about Lorre having an ego problem. End the show??? Fire Charlie??? Jeezus, any network exec in his right mind would milk this for publicity and keep the show going!
