Caught with less then a gram of hash ..maybe jail time wtf?!

i dont know how canada is, but in the states if youre under 18 youd go to a juvenile correctional facility, but thats for more serious shit, felonies and what not. your charge is probably a misdemeanor, but either way, if its your first offense, just go to court tell the judge youre sorry and tell em youll do probation, counseling, whatever just dont send me away! lmao seriously it worked for me :sunglasse

 

well if u do goto jail, dont trip on it lil home...i just got outta juvie about a month ago, actually a month ago today....it aint like they make it seam, atleast not in Arizona....go on the run man...fuck jail

 

As everyone here said most likely it's BS. If you do go though I can guarantee you won't do more than 30 days if it's your first offense. Trust me it is cake time, the worst that would happen to you is a fist fight that would be broken up in about 5 seconds flat. You are 15 and obviously your parents care if they're getting a lawyer, you won't go to jail, probably a bit of probation. Also, don't look sad in court if you go, but don't smile, keep on a resigned-to-my fate-but-innocent face

 

Make sure you keep us updated! I'm in Ontario too and it'd be interesting how this turns out. Getting caught by officials trips me out like fuck.

 

if its a first offense, and since its a misdemeanor, im guessing the worst that will happen is drug councelling, community service, and at the absolute worst some probation. but you r in canada, so itll prolly be less than that. AKA dont worry about it, and keep us posted on your fate.

 

dude its under a gram, i bet they droped it and lost it already..or smoked it up. they wont waste the money on sending you to juvy...rehab is a different story...
