Dogs are appealing to the sociable spirit always eager to say yes, cats to the self absorbent reflection, not meaning any negative or superior connotations folks.
I've had cats with sociable spirit nearly to the point of annoyance! LOL My Manx cats would come out to greet all guests, demanding attention when ignored by clawing at their legs ha ha! Manx are a special breed though, very dog-like dispositions. They will even fetch and several of mine would go for long walks down by the river with me.
U can leave a cat in a place alone with enuf food and water and litter pans, and all is fine. U cannot be as fancy free with dogs.....
Oh, yes, they do! Cats do give a fig. I have some that always come around to comfort me if I am feeling lost or down....Dogs, do, too.....though. My little cute darling pugs here can get into a pack mentality and try to rip apart their old crochetey dad here, and I hate them when they do that!
Speaking of cats... miss my LUCKY LOU who died earlier last month....at 6 years old. he was my closest buddy and I feel lost without him here.
My former cat Tucker used to run to the door if someone rang the bell. Other cats ran to hide. Once I was away for a couple weeks and my pet sitter was convinced that one of my cats did not exist since she never saw her when she came to feed them. Joon was very shy around people.
soory to hear that, it aint very nice when a pet dies, but a cat is a feline (female) but a dog (male)is a far superior breed (light blue touch paper and run like hell ,like me)
I have a cat that follows me everywhere when we are outside like a dog would.....All cats are different, as all dogs are different, too...
