Oh my god totally. There are so many things in that movie that just COMPLETELY give it away. The way she cheated and wrote down notes on her arm? Sneaky and clever. Near the end when she states, and I quote, "I'm making this all up as I go", that's a Gemini motto.. Lets see.. Multiple times in the movie she is shown as two people, with each half opposing: Her reflection is a main point in the storyline (reflection = 2 of one person), she looks in the mirror with half her face painted as a geisha and the other half normal, she is reflected in her sword as half man half woman, she deceived an entire army of men, she gets her dog to do her work for her, nobody ever believes her, at the end, the Hun general states "It would seem you are out of ideas now" and then she pulls a clever trick to turn the tables, the list goes on and on. They couldn't have made Mulan more obvious of a Gemini if they tried, unless she actually had a twin sister.

And Snow White as a Virgo, that's the other most obvious one. She's shy, modest, servantile, and she has an obsession with cleaning, made blatantly obvious by her enormous cleaning spree on the cottage of the 7 dwarfs. I think she also may be a Virgo because of her connection to animals and nature, and her hidden potential which she has no awareness of (being the fairest in the land). And let's not forget the most obvious of them all. Her name, Snow White; White is the color most commonly associated to Virgo, to symbolize purity.
