"Give me your tired, your poor huddled masses yearning to breath free, the wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me,I lift my lamp beside the golden door." Ahhh---fuck that. They're brown and don't even talk right! Call out the military and don't forget the guns.

Listening to the local PBS station----guy calls in from Texas: "We're getting us a militia together and we gonna' make sure they don't get across the border. We're tired of you in the media-------------cusswords--cut off. So, here's some further complications in an already unknown scenario. Trumps ( and the other repubs playing the fear game)fear mongering seems quite effective.

I still think the timing of this is suspect. It seems they'll get to the border about the time of the elections. The Republicans couldn't ask for a better boost.

Except now a complication- Mexico is offering asylum. Per international law (which I am searching for), they cannot justify refusing asylum by one country in preference for another. Unless they can show that they would face the same, similar or worse conditions at the first country to offer asylum, they are obligated to accept the initial offer or any denial by either country can be permitted.

You don't get it, they are walking a thousand miles, and Mahatma Gandhi himself didn't walk that far. This is the pre-amble, another message to send to the American people that they are killing the entire world and it will soon be worthwhile to die by the hundreds and thousands attempting to get into the country. Republicans can spout bullshit about shooting them all from helicopters all they want, but the reality is these people are becoming desperate enough to take the chance. You cannot take everything away from the whole world, all their oil and everything else, all their money and put them in debt to the bank, then expect them to quietly disappear when the whole thing starts to fall apart.

These are the same people picking the food the republicans eat, and even slave owners would never be insane enough to kill their own slaves by the thousands for no good reason. All the fucking assholes care about is money, in the wealthiest country in the world in which they are still hiring some 20 million illegals because nobody is stopping them. In Africa, you can send the locals charitable donations to dig deeper wells, so the corporations can continue to drain the aquifer and to grow food they cannot afford to buy. Its the Christian thing to do, and all the latest estimates are food is about to become desperate for a large percentage of the world.

If republicans start shooting them from helicopters, every illegal they hire to pick their crops will come after them. In the south, the slaves would often burn down the master's house. Fuck blowing yourself up, just make it too fucking expensive and dangerous for them to continue with any bullshit. They are the ones demanding a war with the same people they exploit. These are Mexicans, who have to live with the cartels cutting off the heads of entire villages and lining them up on the side of the road. To them republicans are just another loud mouthed and clueless boss. By all accounts, Honduras and other places are every bit as bad thanks, in no small part, to US intervention insisting they be more aggressively capitalistic.

The Pentagons worst nightmare is a few hundred drones strapped with dynamite all taking off in different directions. They'll get some of them, but not all of them. You could even put out little robots that crawl like a snake or whatever and 3D print them. There simply is no good defense against your own slaves rebelling. The Romans lined a highway with the slaves in the Spartacus rebellion, but that would bring down the value of the stock market drastically. Republicans are only as full of as much crap as their money is worth. Take away all their money, and they'll be fighting along with the illegals.

So Fox is telling us that the movement is organized by left wingers in Honduras and Guatemala and funded by Venezuela? I'd be surprised that Venezuela has the money/ And the purpose is? To embarrass the governments of Honduras and Guatemala? Maybe so, maybe not. Fox isn't a reliable source, and Sara Carter certainly isn't..

Sara Carter is reporting from Guatemala City, not Mexico, where the caravan is presently located.

Sara is not a Fox news reporter, she's employed by Sean Hannity as “an independent investigative reporter,” to write opinion pieces, not news.
She believes the Russian interference in the last election was sponsored by Hillary Clinton and the Democrats, who apparently sought out the Russians to help Hillary lose.
She thinks the FBI and DOJ are involved in "deep state" activities against Trump, and she gets her information from anonymous sources....all while Hannity is criticizing main stream news outlets as false for using...guess what? Anonymous sources.

She's reported unsupported accusations about Fusion GPS, Sidney Blumenthal, Andrew McCabe, and Rod Rosenstein citing...you guessed it, anonymous sources.

It’s funny how we have a political party that wants a $15 minimum wage. But is willing to open the doors for a group of people who’d do the same work for $5

"Trump has stepped up his racist and inflammatory rhetoric about the migrant caravan from Honduras, fleeing a US backed regime, poverty, and political repression. According to reports, the caravan is still over 1,000 miles away from the border, and even Pentagon documents stated that few are expected to reach the US border and pose no threat to the US. Despite this, Trump continues to push for the demonization of the migrant caravan, pushing conspiracy theories that it is filled with either “strong young men,” “MS-13,” or “Middle Eastern” people, in a play to his base to get out the vote next week in the midterms, but more over, expand and solidy Trump’s ability to marshal military forces.

Trump now has even gone so far as to state that he is going to send upwards of 15,000 troops to the border, almost 10,000 more than were deployed in the fight against ISIS, to give you bit of perspective. Already, there are 5,000 active duty service members at the border, organizing and conducting drills and riot training.

rump has gone on to say that any bottles or rocks thrown by the caravan, which has only ever said that their goal is to legally apply for asuylm, will be met with deadly force by the military, even going so far as to say that rocks were as deadly as bullets.

Trump went even farther in his recent press conferences, stating that the those caught trying to cross the border would be held “indefinitely,” meaning, they would not be released pending an immigration trial; they would be held under they could be processed by an immigration court.

At recent campaign rallies, Trump has referred to immigrants as living in “nests” and stated that the US was being “overrun by masses of illegal immigrants and giant caravans” and counter posed them to the ‘real’ people of the United States, claiming that, “We are one people and one family and one glorious American destiny.”

Trump has even gone so far recently as to float the idea of gutting the 14th amendment, which guarantees citizenship to the children of immigrants born on US soil, and has long been a goal of white nationalists, Nativists, and those on the far-Right. - This is America

Nah the next step is to get them paid $15 an hour probably while they are being processed by ICE. May as well add that to the rest of the free stuff they are suddenly entitled to.
