no i didnt it was too long..

regardless bickering is pointless so just do what you want, but coming from someone who was in an accident with someone who didnt have insurance, might not be a bad idea to get some..but its your life and you can do what you want with it...

I agree that everybody should have insurance, I dont know about other places but here in my state you cant get your license or renew your license without proof of insurance. At the same time I have to agree that the insurance companys do rip people off and something needs to be done about that. i have a 1986 Old's 98, it's parked right now in my aunts garage for the winter. When i have insurance on it it cost something like 75.00 a month for pl/pd. I find that ridiculas for such an old car.

i wasn't trying to argue with you i do not have anything against you

why do people turn discussions/disagreements into arguements all the time

can you people not disagree with somebody and still have an intelligent conversation about the disagreement? everybody here gets their panties in a bunch it seems all the time

crummyrummy, like i said before i agree that people need car insurance. I have been reading your post though and im sorry but calling people names not careing about them and hoping some uninsured asshole or anybody else for that matter runs into them is inmature also and very inconsiderate. No offence intended.

indescribability has no room to talk either, to wrongs dont make a right.

Another thing, even if you do your best to abide by the rules on the road anybody can make an honest mistake that can take somebodys life, nobody is perfect we all make mistakes.;)

Insurance just doesn't pay to replace or repair cars, there are people involved. They get hurt, sometimes killed.

Say you get into an accident and someone in YOUR car, or the other car gets seriously injured. Say they need several surgeries, and spend, oh, a month or more in the Intensive Care Unit. If you are found to be at fault of the crash, YOU pay this. A couple of weeks in the ICU and a surgery could run you A MILLION DOLLARS!!!! If the guy dies and his family decides to sue your ass, you could be out several million. Do you have that? Paying for someone's injuries ALONE is a good reason to have insurance.

So, how long would it take you to work off a Million dollars or more for a serious injury?
