Yes and no, nothing has been finalized via the rules/laws, but no one is getting arrested anymore,

 

It's nice to go on a hike somewhere and smoke while just chilling in the woods listening all around you.

 

Next week I'm going on a two-week road trip from Oregon thru Idaho and into Montana. Be staying a couple days at a hot springs resort, then finishing up at a bluegrass fest.

I'll have to hide my weed when I'm in Idaho, they still have total prohibition there. They don't even allow CBD. In Montana I can smoke it but I can't buy it, they legalized recreational weed there but recreational dispensaries won't be allowed until January. They only have medical marijuana dispensaries, and only Montana residents can get the cards. So I'll have to bring enough to last me.
