I don't think it's healthy to force your body to do this though, can't it lead to some infections and other health problems?

 

Peeing while erect in itself shouldn't cause any health damage as far as I know. I can, and have. It's just not all that great because, like it's already been established, the whole maneuvering is a bitch, lol.

After an orgasm, or really for that matter any prolonged sex play, be it masturbation, blowjob, handjob, sex...anything, it is a good idea to pee and "cleanse" your urethra of unwanted "bad bacteria". This is especially important for the ladies, but to my understanding the same applies to us dudes as well. But I suppose I've deviated from the original topic a little bit... lol xD

I can pee fully erect but it takes a bit for me to pee after ejaculating which is normal.

The colliculus Seminalis is supposed to prevent this. However, in mid stroke I’ve peed. I had to try to force it and got a large mixture of pee and semen.

 

I can pee with a half erect penis, but when I am fully erect no, because you are not supposed be able too. Because, your urethra coming from your bladder is compressed by the same tissue that lets the blood flow to your penis to make it erect.
So because of this it makes it very difficult to urinate while erect. You can if you push hard enough but since the urethra is compressed it will come out at high pressure and you will probably spray everywhere.

 

Yeah, I've read that if you can pee with a full erection, something's wrong and you need to see a urologist about it because you shouldn't be able to.
