a screwdriver with interchangable blades (or one of those where you can pull the blade out of the handle and turn it over and put it back in, that has a strait blade on one end, and a phillips on the other)

 

kind of. i have a drill with that type of bit - phillips on one side, flat-head on the other. it would take me longer than 15 seconds to get it though. unless my life depended on it or i could win a sum of money or something. in that case, i would run out to the garage in this cold-ass weather in just my socks and grab it from the garage.
