A hippie tends to go against constraints and seeks freedom - so no way would people stop someone from being part of this because of their sexuality, hell they couldn't stop people from believing and thinking the way they do full stop!

There are hippies, but no one is 100% hippie. And loving everyone & accepting everyone, no exceptions, is unrealistic. I consider myself to be a tolerant person, willing to accept and even enjoy diversity, and I have nothing against gay people as long as they respect the fact that I'm not gay, but I damn sure don't love or even like everyone.

Hippies are people who are aganst any type of violence, don't judge based on culture or race or religion or sexuality.....you only judge by actions. And you do not overreact to small matters, you keep your cool and act rational and mature. If these words describe yourself, then you are a true hippie. It dousn't matter if you're gay.

Hippie is just a slang term for someone who lives freely and often rejects mainstream ideals.

No one said you couldn't be a gay hippie. Homosexuals are also included in the word ''equality''.

 

To me being a hippie is about being nonconformist.
Of course you cna be A gay hippie! In my opinion, of course.
I wouldn't care if someone had sex with girls, guys, cats or anything else, it's none of my business and I don't judge people by that.
