calling the cops on neighbors

You even back up my point here. Call a spade a spade.

 

My idea of being a productive member of society does not include possibly getting kids criminal records 'cos I lost a few hours shuteye.

I knew a guy that lived in these apartments, and he couldn't even enjoy the surround sound because every time he turned it up just a little, the woman downstairs would call the law.

 

I completely agree that calling the cops to break up a party is fucked up. Fuck that. I am strongly opposed to involving the police in anything unless it involves theft/destruction of property, or physical threat.

This is what is wrong our society imo. Everyone wants the government to wipe their ass. Somewhere along the line between Nixon, Reagan, and Bush's fear campaigns, people lost the basic ability to communicate with their neighbors. Whats next? Should the police start resolving parking lot disputes too?

 

The city-wide smoking ban here in Louisville was deemed unconstitutional because of the exemption of Churchill Downs, and the law was dismissed. Now there are currently deciding on a second smoking ban, this time including Churchill Downs, and requiring business owners to call the police when patrons refuse to stop smoking inside.

I'm just waiting for the tobacco police to pull up on a bicycle everytime I light up.

 

shoot, dont call the cops, they're just trying to have fun...join the party if you must.. lol and just go to work straight after... it'll be a long ass day.. but.. meh, least you had fun right?

anyway.. myyyy neighbours called the cops on me for having myyy music too loud... this was back when i was ilke.. 15.. or 16.. lol

but i understand now.. lol they're like seniors... and i used to listen to death metal type of music. lol, and you could hear it halfway down my street..

but still, i was just trying to have fun..... and they sooo did not need to call the cops on me..

 

In california, you cant smoke anyhwhere in public. Beaches, parks, nothing. Apparently its more acceptable to smoke weed in public there than tobacco, haha.

But yeah. I'm really getting sick of this police state shit.

 

Honestly, thats the way it should be.
