I think I found a job in New Hampshire. They had positions for riflery and swimming instruction at a youth camp. I also mentioned I was able to instruct kickboxing classes, which would be ideal.

 

Have fun in California. try to deactivate and reprogram the governor circa terminator 2.

 

Actually, I have free room and board at the camp I will be living at. We will be living in a double wide that has a wall down the middle, so I will have a trailer-mate, but no roommate which is nice.

Alright! Congrats on getting the job! I love hearing that fellow forumers live (or are going to live) in the same state as me.

 

Your thinking of the other channel islands. Out of the 8 islands, 2 are military, 5 are part of the National Park, and then there is Catalina.

DancerAnnie, Congratulations, sound like a cool job. I used to work in San Pedro and from the windows, be able to see Catalina, out in the ocean. Watch out for the wild buffalo on the island. Good luck.

 

LOL yeah...I heard they brought the buffalo there to film a movie a long while ago and never took them bck to the mainland, so they stayed and bred. I thought that was so weird.
