Buying a private island

    my guess is that there is a certain amount of price inflation with islands, since it sounds cooler to say "I own a private island" than saying "I own a private land lot"

    You would want a source of fresh water on the island , unless you wanted to set up a filtertration plant . Solar panels would be the way to go for power , so you were not hauling in fule for generators .
