It will probably be for medical only, but with a tobacco shop the Gov can supply the weed, and charge a gang of $, and tax the hell out of it at the same time.
like oakland, just decided early this month ,to have four clubs only ,allowed to sell medical cannabis. Of course they want the four highest rolling clubs to remain in oakland, and the rest gotta go.
If the Gov can make a buck ,they will do it believe me.
