i cant believe how much i used to drink, for a 13 year old little brit girl i used to down bottles of vodka and get fucked up definately every weekend, and weekdays sometimes too..

bleuch.. i still occasionally enjoy gettin totally ratarsed (drunk) to the point where i cant walk, cant talk

Marijuana is not a gateway drug, there is no such thing. The gateway is the descision that an individual makes when confronted with drug use. Alcohol and tobacco are the first drugs teenagers use for over 80% of the population. If somebody is drunk they are then more likely to engage in activities that they would not if they were sober. Most of the people I've come into contact with have had a drink on the night they first tried pot at a party.

Cannabis use is not the gateway, there are simply people who are more likely to engage is drug and alcohol misuse than others because of their personality. Cannabis is more prevelant hence people encounter it before hard drugs. Hard drugs have nothing to do with soft drugs, opiates and amphetamines are addictive and extremely destructive, and entail a completely different lifestyle and personality to that of a soft drug user.

 

Is John Walters still the drug czar or is it some other asshole?

 

This is why we all need to support the Libertarian Party and NORML NOW,RIGHT NOW,THIS MINUTE IF YOU CAN because these fascist laws have to be changed and the faster we change them the more of a free society we will be. The methods used to pass the Marijuana Tax Stamp Act Of 1937 were racist and unrealistic and it was through lies and distortions that they passed this fascistic bill into the oppressive law we are saddled with today.

 

There is one conservative in support of the legalization of marijuana and that is William F. Buckley Jr.
