Yes I agree that people deserve another chance ... within reason.

As for the "inconvenience" of keeping tabs on people who consistently break the rules and re-register when they are banned... If there were more moderators here then it would not be so inconvenient to keep people who troll / flame off the UK forum. As it stands it must be a real pain for Sal to do it alone.

Do we really think that Bugman will be able to stay in the rules and no longer troll / flame? I don't think I ever read a post of his that was anything else. I wouldn't mind people breaking the rules if they are actually funny ... his contributions are just unimaginative and weak little petty spiteful jabs.
