bonnaroo 2006

I think bonnaroo just has enough fanbase and credentials to finally get a more diverse line-up. It never started as a strictly only jam band scene fest, but I guess that, and more local acts were all they could book.

 

yea im actually looking foreward to seeing the hip hop acts theyve got lined up im really open to it the thing is is that it is good music its not jayz or nelly or any of that shit its good music and i think really that will bring a good peaceful ie non gangster type crowd
id still fucking love to see flaming lips !!!

 

hell yea flaming lips, and the shins would make my day. The shins lead singer has such a unique voice.

 

Nelly is shit, but HOVA is tha man, and it would be really cool if he was at Bonnaroo.

 

It's been confirmed on the World Party website that they are going to be playing at Roo.

The Bindlestiff Family Cirkus is also going to be performing sunday in the preservation hall it said, and will be performing with the dresdon dolls late night saturday.

I can't wait for the codetalkers, world party, and for sure brothers past who recently signed with SCI Fidelity records.

last year there was 7? and there were a few surprises.

 

i doubt there will be 7 this year, this year had a huge initial artist announcement. Probably only 1 more round, and it better be good cuz the last 2 announcements have been garbage. Please add cheese!!

timeoutofmind, I could not disagree more. Brothers Past, Blackalicious and Cypress Hill along with the initial line-up makes this festival for me.
