Some black men would argue the same about white guys going with black women. I know of at least one case in recent times where a white youth who was dating a black girl got brutalized and it's virtually obvious that it was racially motivated.

When I was growing up in the late '70s and early '80s, while you'd occasionally see black guys with white girls, the reverse was quite rare. I think it was seen as an insult to one's manhood to be seen with a black female if you were a white guy in those days. Methinks that many of the guys who did that then were usually the more demure types.

Something else that has changed since those days is that more black women today have adopted fashion sense which is more commonly seen in 'white' circles. Don't get me wrong. Many black women obsessed over their hair then. but you see less 'earthy' styles amongst black women today than you saw in years past. True, many black women still braid their hair, grow 'Afros' and the like. Some even still let their body hair grow out. But I think this is far less common that in decades past; particularly in cosmopolitan circles. I think some black women today have taken the extra effort to keep their bodies in better shape now. I think these efforts can have an effect into making a black woman more attractive to a white man.

A trend I've noticed over the last few years is that some younger black women, are going after middle-aged white guys. From what I've been told, many do this because they are tired of the black guys their age who act like a bunch of thugs and their tired of the white guys their age trying to show off.

 

So - after discussing this for over a year and more than 120 posts.....did we conclude anything?

Or did we just accept that people fancy people for differing reasons?

Black women do not get in shape in effort in order to look more attractive for a white man , lol, thats stupid. White women are known to have insecurities towards their bodies more than any race, due to my research for a body image project I was doing.

I think alot of white men are attracted/ sexually attracted to black women but rather keep it to themselves.

 

i'm not sure how your research could have made white women insecure about their bodies, but if it did, then shouldn't you unresearch it or something?

As a black girl, i find white guys sexually attractive i just wouldnt date one... im more into black men

 

It is interesting how much more prevalent relationships between black men and white women are than those between white men and black women.

I can't deny I've always wanted to sleep with a black woman, though I couldn't say why exactly.

Ultimately skin colour shouldn't many difference at all though.

I am in a very DEEP and INTENSE relationship with a very NICE Beautiful Black Lady. I have been with her since 2006. She will tell anyone..."I went white, an I'll never go BACK"...I have been in many Black/white relationships over the past 25 years and for me, a Black Lady always treats me better than a white Lady. Why??? Most white women I've been with are self centered and Greedy. NOT all but most. The Black Ladies are tired of being used by the Black Men they've been with...they appreciate me for respecting them and caring for them with my heart...NOT my Cock Only!
