I was listening to my Three Dog Night Album I got from the thrift years ago and I heard a memeber of the and tell a guy: You should have paid the $5.00 to sit up front (either that or $5.50) The album is from 71.
The only expensive concert in mids 70s was Led Zep some went for the unheard $100.00+ but in general between the 60s and mid 70s $5.00 thru $7.50 was the average price.
I did like Three Dog Nights but unfortunate never got to seen them in concert . But Alice Cooper "twice" , Emerson Lake & Pamer, Quicksilver Messanger with the Chambers Brother, Ted Nugent and the Amboy Dukes AND few more made up it for it . all under $ 8.00
Try A little tenderness, Eli's comming, and Cirle for a landing are my favorites along with easy to be hard.
mid is 1975 i went to see that moron peter franktom in late 70s and was still under $14.00 im not sure becouse my girl friend bought that ticket the The Who play a month later but i did not go so i have no idea what it sold for this was 1977/78
i lost them all like an idiot i keept them in my wallet well guess what i lost my wallet once. "more than once" .
The bands from the late 60's early 70's all had good-looking guys that wore tight jeans. I love a good-lookig man in tight jeans. wooohooo!
