This club I used to go to back in the day always had the video of her on the flatbed truck...they played it non-stop on the vid screens while the DJ played other tunes over it. In my LSD-addled state, it was sometimes more of a mix than I could stomach...I'd have to go out for air, lol. Anyway...Bjork's cool in the proper setting. Not something I could listen to every day.
I like Amiina, sigur ros, and bjork whoch are the only three musicians I can think of from iceland. Maybe I will go there to see how the music scene is.
I mostly just love the episode of Space Ghost Coast to Coast she's on. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eVsT6KoTJOI Hehehehe...I love it.
i loved that one. space ghost was really really hit and miss, but some of them were fucking great that one dude from radiohead was on there once, i think. that was another awesome one:cheers2:
:iagree: i've always loved pagan poetry i got to see sigur ros in september when they came to toronto, they put on a nice show
i love Bjork i have all of her albums. i think 'Homogenic' and 'Post" are the best albums by her so far. "Unravel" is always touching me in a very sensitive way
the though of this is sending shivers through my body but if you really want i wont mind, you are more than welcome to use me for any purpose u need i can be your slave ....forever
my bad, i didn't watch it. i know i'd seen both of them on space ghost, i didnt know they were on the same episode though:cheers2:
I prefer Sigur Ros as well but I don't wanna compare them to Bjork, she's different. I get in the mood for her when I feel feminine, sophisticated and passionate.
