Aren't we in a the biggest crisis in history? Two wars, and economic meltdown. Biden was just stating the obvious. Any elected president is going to be tested.

I think Obama is intelligent enough to know this happenning. I am not sure McCain is. He and the republicans are busy buying Palin and family a wardrobe that could feed and house many families for years.

The only stocks that seem to never dip are Haliburton and subsidiaries. Blackwater how are they doing. We should all own stock in them.

    KBR, wish I owned some.

It's not about Joe the Plumber, who isn't actually a plumber it's about selling media bites so that the rich can get richer. And most of them never worked a day in their lives. They never sat with their heads under a cabinet snaking out a sink. They don't even know what a sink is, let alone a snake, bet they've never been to a hardware store. Never had to worry about spending money on the wrong part. Never had to worry that if you couldn't return that part, you just shit your money away. And hey you may have to live on pasta for a week.

I don't care about Al Qadea, shit W. gave up on them six months after 09/11, and we haven't had any attacks on our soil since then. So what sort of risk are they.

You can't discount them with one breath, then tell me they are all important.

What's important to me is keeping my home, keeping food on my table, affording gas to get back and forth to work so I can afford these things.

Do you even bother to research your rants?

    Associated Press
KBR falls after analyst starts coverage at "Sell"

[IMG] NEW YORK - KBR Inc. shares fell Tuesday after an analyst initiated coverage of the engineering and construction company with a "Sell" rating on the shares.
American Investment Research's Will Gabrielski said in a note that headwinds related to KBR (nyse: KBR - news - people )'s Iraq War business, increasing exposure to North American construction and little visibility into near-term engineering and construction awards will weigh on the stock.
The analyst also set a $12 price target.
Longer term, Gabrielski said the company has good prospects, in part because of its "clean balance sheet, strong earnings yield, the potential for continued improvement in margins and expanded market opportunities through acquisitions."
Shares fell $1.03, or 5.9 percent, to $16.48. In the last 52 weeks, the stock has ranged from $13.50 to $44.46.

Not even a year ago KBR stock was $43.75 a share Today KBR sells for $14.82 a share they've lost almost

66% , you call that a stock that NEVER dips ?

Ugh, even tho that's been his Title for the last 15 years ?

I'm pretty sure nobody called Joe the Plumber a terrorist.

Lying charlatan and partisan blowhard come to mind, but not terrorist. The guy lied about his prospects to make himself look mire successful than he is. He will, in fact, get a better tax deal under Obama's plan.

I don't really understand why this is an issue.

Has anyone seen who is the highest paid person on John McCain's campaign team?? It's Sarah Palin's makeup artist. That's right. All the speech writers, strategists, organizers, etc make less than a makeup artist.

And now it's a big surprise that Obama's gotta get his hands dirty?

Seriously, I do not understand the thought process most Americans find themselves in. I'm more confused than ever by the response this has had. It's sensationalism, reactionary and hollywood.

Ugh. How can you listen to this garbage?

Come now ari, i've lived in canada, and seen plenty of garbage there too.

You are right to criticize it, but your sense of superiority is misplaced. The US is a big place.

I'm not making it up. You can look online and see how much their campaigns are spending and on what.

How do you think the news that Sarah Palin spent $150,000 on clothes the other day broke to the newsmedia?

Most people in America don't even make $150,000 with two incomes.
