I agree. It does say a lot about God, although a lot of people only see the punishment part and never see the blessing part.

 

so what happens to the 2nd commandment you quoted earlier about exclusivity to the One God?

I never intended that I would be the only one to answer questions or make comments but a place where Bible questions and answers can be discussed.

It's just not a place for trying to prove that God doesn't exist or that the Bible is invalid.

 

Christians are not under the Law but that does not mean that principles behind the Law are invalid, so exclusivity to the One God is still a principle that Christians should live by.

 

you seem to be contradicting yourself, One God, twonity (Father and Son) or trinity ..which one is it ? and who excluded Christians from the Law ?

I understand it to be no trinity. Jesus is anointed as being his representative for all of humanity. It's like when a forum creator gives someone Head Moderator privileges. God has entrusted those privileges to his Son Jesus.

Actually even asking if someone is a Christian is not that simple a question. If you have read much of what I have posted, most of those who call themselves Christian, would not call me a Christian because I'm not a trinitarian, if for no other reason.

Once Adam and Eve became imperfect, they, no longer being perfect, could not pass perfection on to their children and could only pass on imperfection to them and likewise it is the same for all human parents since then.
