Chemicals Brothers-Another World Pretty solid, stylistically a throw back to their old style but with a more mellow vibe to it.

I didn't mention Mumford & Sons - Sigh No More because I thought it was technically released in 2009, but it was released here in the states in 2010... So I nominate that album as well... Probably will be one the of the best albums of the decade as well. I normally don't listen to music like this, but it's so full of passion and emotion that it simply cannot be ignored... I hear they will be playing at Bonnaroo again this year... I plan on stripping naked and dancing my jig hopefully while it sprinkles rain upon us all! =D
mgmt is pretty good, but tbh they were just about ruined for me after i saw them at bonnaroo '09. possibly one of the most anticipated events of the festival, and also the biggest letdown. from where we were, they sucked, and didn't play any of their songs from their first album. they played all new stuff which was pretty much unrecognisable. they only played 'kids' well after we had left the stage they were playing at. (moe. and NIN were also playing, and tbh i would have much rather have been at moe.) i didn't even realise they were playing -- i thought that it was a band stalling for time while we were waiting for mgmt to come out -- until 30 minutes later i realise what was going on and me and my friends left the stage. two of my friends had bad trips because of that show it was so bad! for real! while hearing mgmt at a festival playing new songs might sound kind of awesome, they didn't pull it off at all. it was terrrrible. these guys still have a long way to go as far as playing live goes. sorry to disapoint. that said, i might be ready to give them another chance one day. sure their songs might have alot of energy making it difficult to perform them, but they are supposed to be professionals! but back on topic.. 2010 saw the release of crystal castles II, a great followup to their first album, and also saw crystal castles start touring more regularly (as opposed to previously making rare festival appearances). deadmau5 also made some pretty big steps in 2010. two thumbs up to that guy. 2010 also saw a ton of touring from furthur. ghostland observatory is still going strong.
