Boozin it up with a few local IPAs tonight. I need to go bed soon, lot of shit to do tomorrow and I only got 3 hours of sleep last night.

 

Went to a gay club tonight..
I had a drink called Britney Spears whipped. lol. It was basically a screwdriver with whipped cream, and very tasty.

had some saranac yesterday. their christmas ale was quite good, and their Decoction concoction pretty good too

 

Finally got the SA winter variety pack. The cherry chocolate vock was worth putting up with the winter lager and boston lager. (I like the boston lager but it isnt a winter beer)

 

Not a big fan of Budweiser products- -but I tried this Bud Lite Platium-@ 6.0 ABV - its got a kick and not to bad- -2 & 1/2 stars (out of 4)

 

my wife made a drink called "Snowball"

it has vodka, egg nog and lemon lime soda.

it's pretty good, but i think it would be more appropriately named Yellow Snow (cuz of the lemon lime)

it'd fit nicely with Sex on the beach, red headed slut and those other crassly named beverages

yeah i knew it was only a (short) matter of time before those jokes started rolling in.

it was good for about half of it. then it got quickly worse. soda and milk products don't mix well i think...

i'm about to have an ommegang scythe and sickle or two

then a trip to the beer store tomorrow maybe

 

eh' its ok and all .. but i wouldnt put it on my tops to get next..

 

Local gas station has them in the aluminum bottle for $1.19 perfect beer to get when gour drinking somewhere that glass isnt allowed

 

U of K lost to North Carolina. I had it recorded and just got to the end. Oh well...

 

I am drinking Stella Artois 'Cidre' tonight. It's a bit sweeter than I normally like in a cider, but it's OK. I have been drinking hard cider more than beer these days, since it's more in line with my diet, as I avoid gluten. The only thing that sucks is the sugar content.

 

these three things, along with humans and television, are probably the most boring in the known universe.

 

beer wine and liquor are actually very interesting topics, even if you don't drink them. they are full of history, you can read about all their different ingredients and ways to produce them. they are quite fascinating, as are your fellow human beings.

i'm about to head to that new beer store again. from their FB page, it looks like they have filled the shelves up a bit more. they also told me that they will fill any size (reusable) bottles that i bring into the store. i knew i could get growlers or "bombers" filled their, but i'd have to buy them. i already have 6 or 12 22 oz. glass bottles for home brewing. i might take those with me.
