There are different varieties of Guinness which are very different from one another. You have the Guinness draught (which comes in the nitro cans and bottles), which is watery shit. Then you have Guinness EXTRA STOUT, which is fuller bodied and has more flavor and a higher ABV. Then you have Guinness FOREIGN EXTRA STOUT, which is even better yet and is like 7.5% ABV. The FES is one of my all-time favorite stouts. But the shit that comes in the nitro cans is just that: SHIT.

well i guess i would have a shit drinking grin then because the draught is my favorite. i had high hopes for the FES and was disappointed. it was good but i really expected it to be better and it wasnt.
as for the extra stout i will just say there is a reason that more places carry the draught than the extra stout. (ok that is the worst statement ever made from a craft beer lover but fuck it, supply and demand man)

oh yeah you forgot the black lager which was my favorite but the more i drink it the less i like it. dont get me wrong i like the black lager more than 90% of other beers available here (remember i dont have much available here. i do get dogfish head and a few other good micros that are local but no small micros that are from to far away.) but i have to go an hour away to get anything else decent.

have you had Great Lakes Edmund Figzgerald Porter? you should try that. it's one of the best rated porters. wish i could get it here in texas.

i actually like it. it's nice to take a break from heavy beers and have a guinness draught every once in a while. especially at bars where the only other options are shlitz and pabst

    Das boot!!!
That pipeline is good and it reminds me of the best porter i ever had in a can.

It was the coconut porter by maui brewing company. That stuff is only meant to drink alone though. First off you wont want to share and secondly the strange gas smell you will be emitting will ensure you will be alone anyway.

Tomasello's fruit wines are by far the best wine i ever had. They also make my favorite grape wine. Its made with frozen grapes. Real good but expensive.

just came back from the store, i should get a picture but hell im lazy like that.
    i got 3 12 packs of boston lager for $4.80 a piece.
then got a bottle of seagrams dark honey whiskey on the advise of a friend. a big mason jar of ole smokey moonshine cherries, and a 4 pack of dos locos paloma tequila shots. all three liquers i never had before so it will be interesting to see which i like the most. having a beer at the moment
