theres a massive difference betweeen injesting and smoking weed
although i doubt 2 g would make an extraction strong enough to last 3 weeks, ive had extractions that 10 drops could fuck ya up bad and 1/2 a shot glass could put ya in the hospitol

i think alotta the lingering effects are not being high but more like a pot hangover from being so high
he may have been completely incapacitaytted for a few days, and been kinda fuzzy brained a few weeks

2 shots probly was enough to get u high 24 hours a day for a week or 2 if ya just sipped at it like ya shoulda

 

so your saying if i leave 2 grams of weed (ground up for effect) in a shotglass or 2 worth of some midrange vodka, in 2 weeks it will be potent enough to get my high for an entire day to the extreme of hospitalized?

lets say i do the above but only put a couple drops on my tounge, it would be enough to get my high for a while?

 

yeah it's called a tincture. use 190proof.

 

I put 16 or so grams of some POOPY weed in a 375ml bottle of Galen's 151 vodka for about a month and a half. I took around 3/4 of a shot one night at like 8 PM and felt it until well after 12 PM the next day. The weed was brown, extremely cheap, and I didn't even want to smoke it. I could have made it wayyy stronger with better weed and less alcohol. 1/2 shot was just enough to be fucked up, but not too much so that I couldn't maintain in front of my parents. My eyes did get decently red from a half shot, though.

 

so the higher the proof the more or faster its going to extract?

whats a good ratio of weed to vodka to time for an average dose, what i mean is: how much weed should be used for every shot and how long is an ideal length for saturation?

lets say i have an eigth of some good KB and i want to mix it with some 151, how much should i use? half a bottle? and how long should i let it sit for? 3 weeks?

finally, whats the high like? is it the same high from eating lets say brownies except for 12 hours straight? or is it really intense high for a long period?

get a jar
fill the jar with half ganja half vodka
let sit for 3 weeks.
shake every day just once.

after 3 weeks you can take out the weed and maybe try another tincture with it.
you can also reduce the solution by evaporation.
and then you can dilute it.

there's much you can do with a tincture.
the science is simple.

 

thx guys, i think figures out what i did wrong, i dindt dry the weed in the microwave to convert the thc-a to thc, could that make a difference?

by half weed you mean...? 2.5 grams or so?

what do you mean by reduce the solution by evaporation?

 

use as much weed as you want (or any herb)

and after a few weeks you can let it sit in an open air environment like outside and reduce to half the amount over a few hours, then add water to dilute.

that's just what I do with all my tinctures, as 190proof vodka isn't something I like to drink....

 

so the evaporation will take out the vodka and leave the potency the same, leaving less liquid but more potent? and using the water to dilute reverses it?

 

yeah solvents evaporate leaving their chemical content intact.

you could probably evaporate it completely and have a strange goo......

but anyway, yeah evaporate half way and then add water to dilute. easy.
