I'm male and have been to nude beaches, nudist resorts and nudist parties many times. Occasionally I'll get an erection. My natural inclination is to hide it, but when I think about how nudism/naturism is largely about body acceptance - regardless of shape, color, skin, size, etc. - I feel that I shouldn't be bashful of being seen with an erection.
Thats so cool. Guys shouldn't get weirded out about an erection. I just wish the nudist purist would accept that it happens too.
is very simple and natural, the penis is now completely free and healthy, and not adjusted when used as clothing
The times I've been skinny dipping I get a hard on for about 30 seconds when I first take my pants off and it goes away and never comes back. The only time I've seen guys with erections was when they had some sort of sexual hang up and were making a deal out of it.
I agree. I used to go to some gay nude pot-lucks [mostly non-sexual] where we would just get nude, chat, swim... just kick back in general. I noticed the same thing. Not sure why it happens, though.
there was one time i was at a nude beach and got an erection. I put my towel over my face so that i could ignore any reaction of other ppl. next thing i know i feel someone's hand on my cock and look up its a girl close to my age. She rubbed it for like 3 seconds and then giggled and walked away. that was pretty embarrassing.
Yeah this is something I'm somewhat concerned with. I can't wait to have my first nudist experience, but I fell I'll get a hard on immediately. The only nude woman I've ever seen in real life is my ex-girlfriend, so I'm not really used to the sight. I'm sure it wouldn't be an issue once I get used to seeing naked people. Male nudists out there, was this a problem you had when you started going out nude?
I toyally agree!! I wish more people were like you. Why not enjoy the time we have on earth instead of complying with a bunch of prudish people. Kudos!!
Although I'm not homosexual, I think it's pretty cool to see guys with an erection at the nude beach. I got an erection the first time I was in a nude social setting and still get an erection on occasions when I'm nude. I get concerned about what others will think, but I remind myself that it's a completely natural reaction.
I'm a female and know an erection is involuntary just like my clitorus getting hard. It shouldn't bother anyone, they know it happens beneath clothing so why so shocked when its exposed. Would they care if I was wet? If they don't want their kids to see boners they shouldn't take them to a nude beach LOL. And they surely should blame the guy with the boner for having it.
I have been to St. Martin at the Club Orient and have had a real erection-problem. Normally when i am on a nude beach i have an occasional erection which is no big deal except for a few times when i had gone for a walk and got hard, but this time was different for no appearant reason. I was hard even when i got undressed in our room on arrival. My gf and i decided not to go out immediately but to have sex. We were 3 couples of friends and when we joined the others for lunch i was back to normal but i got an erection again during lunch and spent the whole day with my penis changing from half-hard to hard and back. One couple we have already been to nude beaches with before and once he had an erection and i got one too but the others who are "home-nudies" were quite surprised. I tried to act normally anyway, but it was my first time in a nude resort and i have to admit it feels awkward to walk around in a restaurant or in a shop with a stiff penis. The next two days same thing, like an 18-year-old who goes to a nude beach for the first time! Then it calmed down a bit. I have also seen more erections on other men than before on a beach. Maybe it was the climate?
I would like to go to a nude beach, but now sure if I am confident enough to go bare haha. How do you guys and gals do it? Also do you women notice and laugh at guys size? I would think most nudists respect the body and appreciate all.
I'd be more worried when they noticed my eye patch, and the peg leg. Arrrrrrrgggggghhhhhhhhhhhh, matey!
I have been visiting various nudist venues and settings since I was 18 ( in 1988 ). It doesn't happen too often well not often UN intentionally ;-) . I suppose I have been fortunate enough the few times it did occur to me it was at private home events and not a resort or beach. Environments in which being overly concerned about covering it would have caused undue attention and probably made folks uncomfortable ( more so ? ) than what was happening. Within a few minutes after deciding to ignore it things were fine.
I'm not prone to being permanently hard so that's no problem but I do tend to leak precum, would that be a disadvantage at a nudist beach?
If it's very conspicuous, it's likely to attract attention, yes, but nude beaches are pretty open and acccepting: it's not as if you or anybody else are going to have much control over it. A guy I once met at a nudist resort in central Victoria hailed from Mauritania and persistently leaked precum, often leaving a trail through the dining area, recreation room, games room... That was very problematic and didn't really endear him to other nudists, which is unfotunate as he disappeared after a couple of more visits. Mind you, the nudists themselves at that time were a very strange mix that today I'm fairly glad to not be mixing with.
Beach erections are not that common contrary to public belief. During the time I regularly frequented Breaker Bay in Wellington I can only recall seeing a handful of erections. I recall on one hot morning coming across a young man with a full erection playing in the surf with a young woman. One Saturday I come across another young man siting on a rock with a pencil thin erection. He remained like that for at least an hour. The only time I was worried was when a man started to pop up nearby, designed to catch my attention, with an erection. It turned out when I went over to kindly ask him to stop that he was the former local high school caretaker. He fled down the beach after being recognised.
