Me and my friends have only been to a nude beach once, and i must admit we did all get erections, but there were only adults on the beach, no children.

I've been into nudism since I was 15 and every nudist forum I've been on has at least one thread where guys are worrying about getting erections.

Meanwhile in the real world I've never seen any problems around erect penises on nude beaches and at nudist venues. To be honest I've never really noticed any men with erections! Do you know why? Cos most nudists don't really spend all our time looking at each other's genitals! If a guy has an erection, people probably aren't going to notice (no offence to the guys, I don't mean it that way lol!) and if they do notice I doubt very much it's going to be a problem.

So stop spending so much time worrying about it, get naked and enjoy yourselves!

I've been to a lot of nude beaches and hot springs and what the previous reply said about context is right. In some venues getting a hard on is nor really appropriate and so I don't. In others it is and often the other people on the beach or spring have them too and some want to play. Pick your spot. Often, if you don't really have a boner yet and you just brush your hand against your penis or stroke it once a sympathetic person will follow you to a secluded part of the place and you can go from there. On many nude beaches the portion of the beach to the extreme right of the access is the best place for this (don't ask me where this custom got started). Just don't push it. If you signal and get no response, let it go. If you tend to get spontaneous erections in the presence of all nude people, perhaps masturbation just before you show up would calm you down. As a general rule , getting an erection in family venues or around children is not a good idea. You will know by the crowd present if the place you are in is one of these. Seems like common sense should be king here.

My Wife (back then girlfriend) and I used to go to the local unofficial nude beach (Bare Bum Beach - Cranberry flats) just outside of Saskatoon by the river over 25 years ago. Back then it was very raw land with a worn path to a long thin beach. My wife and I and some other friends used to leave our clothes in the car and walk naked to the beach. I remember my first few times, my cock was rock hard as were other male friends. It felt so good to be naked outside and with several naked women. On the beach there was a mixture of clothed, semi nude and full naked people scattered around. It was nice being able to walk around naked with a fully erect cock wobbling back and forth. We also often headed further south down the beach away from the "crowd" to more secluded areas where we could fuck in the open. Lot of fun. On a return trip 15 years ago, we went back to the beach and found it more developed, controlled and patrolled. Nude use was very limited and far away. Too bad. Some of the older nudists and nudists with kids around them can be offended by someone sporting an erection, but i think generally, especially in Europe (not UK) erections are acceptable as an eu naturel reaction, the rule i guess is erections are ok so long as you dont wank yourself silly at the same time.

 

I have nothing much to add to this thread other than this...once to get to be my age, spontaneous erections are very welcome. Wherever you are!

i agree, i have been to lots of nudist or "clothing optional" beaches, and never seen any guy with an erection, now have i ever "popped up" with one either ???

so i dont know why some claim to see many guys with raging erections at some beaches yet others report never seeing them ???

anyhow, i dont want to be at a beach where guys are walking around with erections anyway, especially if there are kids there.
