Yes, I definitely have a foot fetish, but only for men's feet. I used to only like "perfect" feet, but since having become a nearly full-time barefooter over the past several years, and also after a sexual encounter I had with another barefooter, I'm much more turned on by a guy's dirty soles. I can't get enough of guys who show their feet in public -- flip-flops or whatever -- and I always try to catch a glimpse of their soles. The part of the foot that turns me on the most is the sole right below the toes. Seeing some dirt on that part of a guy's foot, plus on the toes, is very hot.

One time, many years ago, before I ever dreamed of going barefoot in public, I was at a rest stop on Interstate 5 in the Central Valley of California, and it was nighttime and of course there was some cruising for sexual activity going on. I don't know about fetish, but i'm impressed with feet from an engineering point of view.
They take huge loads all day, every day, yet remain precise enough for dance and martial arts, look and feel good while doing so, and never give any trouble unless you abuse them with shoe-wearing.
I could also point out that if our feet weren't the way they are, we would not be able to walk upright, which means we would not have hands that can make and use tools and weapons, which would mean that humans would not be the dominant species on Earth!

Absolutely spot on, at least in my case. Being happy to go barefoot in places where one wouldn't expect it is the real cause of excitement for me. My attention isn't drawn to bare feet at a swimming pool, or a beach. But in a place where 99.99% of people you see would be wearing shoes, a barefoot girl will have my undivided attention. But then again, if she's not barefoot by choice - i.e. she's carrying a broken shoe, or some painful looking heels, and walking along cautiously and slowly, and clearly not enjoying it then that doesn't interest me much either.
