The thing about young kids is that they're often very impressionable and fickle, trying to change with new fads and icons. Nobody here is going to read your biography before responding to your post, that's not how it works. We've got to roll with what we know. Avril Lavigne's not punk IMHO- her cover of basket case is awful. Her first UK hit was in the charts the same week as the one I was on (doing backing vocals)- Avril no 4, me on John Otway's song at no 9.
