People, i don't think the fact she was in the porn industry makes her suicide any less tragic or, as some seem to imply, by default her own fault. When others make your life hell with their opinions how to live and their inability to ignore or tolerate others when that is a perfectly fine option.

If this suicide is mainly triggered by regret of her own career choice.. ok. Very sad. If she got depressed or put down on a daily basis by other people for being a pornstar (as in Orisons pic)... these people should get confronted thoroughly. Like with violence

When you put yourself out there, though, you have to expect these kinds of things will happen. It kind of comes with the territory.

Either way, sad story. But people die from suicide everyday, and some people don't have anyone to grieve for them.

The porn industry is fucked up. Many women don't last long in it, and if they do they tend to have lasting issues if they didn't already to begin with.

I don't think porn is healthy, both for the people who are in it, and for the people who watch it.

Just one nuancing comment: its a certain part of the left that goes a bit overboard on issues like gay rights and feminism, not the whole left. But this is primarily a social issue, not a political one. I also doubt if most people criticizing this victim on the internet are of one certain political affiliation and coming from that.

If anyone deserves to be chronically hassled on social media it is (people like) Sir Jaxton Wheeler.

 

Potentially, deviate is upset that the left tends to politicize these social issues.

Either that, or he doesn't believe those issues have merit; I'm not sure which.

 

The issues have merit, however the way that the supporters force tolerance on others does nothing to help their situation. The anti gay community is ridiculous as well.

I’m of the belief that people should do what they want unless they are harming another person or their property. No problem with gays or women’s issues. In fact, I wouldn’t have an issue subsidizing abortions and birth control with my taxes.

But I can understand why a female wouldn’t knowingly have bareback sex with a dude who fucked 100 other men and transsexuals. That’s her choice and should have been respected. Instead, they gay twitter activist told her to eat a cyanide pill.
