Asparagus

Vegetables do not HAVE to be bland! There's so many ways to cook them; not just boiling but grilling and baking and stir-frying.
Mmm yum. I love veggies more than ever right now. Asparagus not so much, unless it's prepared a certain way. Aut, the way you did it sounds really good! Where'd you get the idea?

they do HAVE to be bland. cause they ARE bland. i should stop using capital letters to emphasize words. Veggies taste like nothing. Steak tastes like good. Steak isn't that great for you, veggies are, so lets not waste time and eat 'em as quick as possible and put that extra effort into making the steak taste more better.

 

I love a good steak, bloody as hell but you have to have some nice crunchy veggies with it. They make the steak taste even better.

 

I agree Red, but its the lack of good that makes good even gooder.

 

if you put more effort into cooking vegetables they will taste better too. i think that's why most people don't like veggies... they half-ass it when cooking them. just my opinion.

Veggies are so yummy and fresh. I love them because even after you're full, you still feel light and good. Also vegetables are colorful and pretty. It's important that the food I eat is pretty.

Has anyone tried white asparagus?

 

It's true. If you cook them with love and enjoy what you're doing they'll turn out yummy.
