heheh, it's all about perspective... For me, I've been waiting to be "old" for most of my life and now that I'm older I miss being young. It's not gonna stop me from having fun or being as foolish as possible though...
I can totally relate to that. I do really miss being younger mainly for the lack of responsibilities, but there are things I can do now I'm older that I couldn't do when I was younger. LOL A lot of people ask me now I'm married when am I gonna give my husband babies. And it pisses me off rotten because I still feel like a kid.
Absolutely not. I guess it just does my head in that people assume a wedding ring gives people the right to butt in on your life.
Yea, when people do that kinda stuff to me I usually just ask them questions about why they are asking/thinking that so that they can reveal their own closemindedness instead of me having to point it out to them... sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't
I do find it shocking the closemindedness, I get it even worse from my peers. They pity me. I was in a bar a while ago with some uni mates and the bar maids were really shocked that I was married I don't get it at all. I can still have fun. Different strokes for different folks. I wanna start a thread about this now see what other married people's opinions are.
In here, or one of the other forums? I'll check it out if you do, but being unmarried I would do so 'silently'... anyways, I need to get off the internets and do some work... it was a pleasure chatting with you as usual.
