As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

Why not go after that career? A girl I went to high school with has been in a few things. She is working her way up and making it. (She's had tiny parts in movies...leads in horrible B scary films and Christian crap) haha

This Career Opening Is Rarely Available To The Ascetically Challenged..

I've always wanted to do something involving either writing or music. I have also always wanted to work with animals. I suppose having worked in a pet-shop that one of my dreams has come true.

 

A fireman. My dads a fireman. I failed the eye test.

 

I'm 15,

and have no ambition in life.

I am have a very mild blue/green colour confusion so I can never fly a jet.

 

I wanted to play baseball but as a kid I had a horrible work ethic. It was nonexistent, really.

They are far too unionised for my liking.

Journalism, I thought about that too, I actually started blogging a story a while back, but stopped, not sure why, I have that problem a lot with writing, drawing and ect.

I find myself in a block way to often to be successful in those areas.

 

I forgot thief, murderer and drug smuggler.

Everyone does, I think. Maybe you've just gotta learn to work around it?

 

I could teach you to do those things. . I've knocked over a few 7/11's in my day.

 

With writing, I randomly pick five - ten words out of a dictionary and force myself to write a story using all of those words...it gets me past the block.

With drawing, I start drawing feet, hands, eyes over and over again. First because I need the practice, second because getting lost in drawing the same thing over and over again my mind wanders and I get an idea. :cheers2:

Oh GOD! Hands and feet are my worst! Feet are the hardest for me, I much prefer still life anyway, but I do love to diversify.
