It was available as a PDF on the magazine's website, but it seems to have been removed from the site. However, the page that discusses that edition mentions my article and my name. The article, which was originally posted on my blog, was picked up by numerous sites and is still available online. I can link it to you if you would like via PM, but I don't want to post it in here because I don't want everyone to know my real name.
does having your full name published in the crime section of the local newspaper count? either way i'd say no
Congratulations! What's the topic? I had one essay published in an academic journal back in my uni days. It didn't change the world or anything but at least my mum was all kinds of excited about it
Um, it kind of has an impact factor. It's on how to successfully cooperate, effectively communicate and work with people, basically. But it speaks to my specific profession. The subscribers are academics but the article's not peer-reviewed nor scholarly. It is fact-checked and all that though. It's based on work experience and various interviews from people who were hand selected by the mysterious higher order relics. Mysterious, because I don't know who exactly recommended me or how I was chosen. It's all very vague I'm afraid to explain without letting the cat out, so to speak, but it aims to change people's attitudes and perceptions on the evolving social interactions between people in a particular workplace. Fuck. Now it sounds totally lame. Anyways, it's not - because lots of people will read it and certain attitudes and minds will be changed for the better!!!
i'm happy for the o.p., but unless he/she writes science fiction or furry, (or non-mainstream political journalism)i don't see any good reason to care.
