I'll PM ya buddy But which part of my long post would I read differently if I was sober? I so want you hear your response to that shit. Just like, re-read it to remind yourself if you have time SF (come OOOON) I want to know now
still, the crimes of people measure up to nothing when it comes to the simple grace we're capable of, even if it's driven by a simple faith in something completely unprovable or even unworthy.
It was MY post that I suggested you re-read when sober. Your long post was a bit thought provoking... I'd consider the beliefs reflected in it a more atheist leaning version of mine.
I've spoiled nothing... and have kept my ironclad certainty about my posts incontrovertible superiority to myself. Hell- you undoubtedly went to a great deal of trouble typing yours with one hand while you covered one eye with the other to keep from seeing double. God would be proud.
Hey we're buddies man. Give me props were it's due. I thought my long post was awesome.. I'm sending it to Oprah
I've forgotten wtf I wrote in that long post now (stupid beer) Do you use free weights or a home gym?
...oh, and alcohol slows protein synthesis. Are you determined enough to curb your friendship with alcohol?
Yeah, I hear free weights are best for a even cut. Those bench / gym equipment thingies only cut muscle at one degree and lead to an artificial looking physique, which creates stretch marks.
Me and alcohol arn't friends... I only play with that when I party... The partying is only for weekends now. I haven't answered my phone to my friends this week. I'm only available on Friday and Saturdays now. That why I don't post much anymore...yup
I tend to agree with "artificial looking physique" being a product of machine work- though a decent program can be put together using them. The key is variety of exercise. The key is consistency. One of the worse times to be in a gym is after New Years.. everyone with a health resolution but without any idea of gym etiquette crowds gyms. This goes on for a month or so until most give up and revert to their respective comfort zones. There's more but I've taken this thread off topic enough.
Taking up a true (non Westernised) martial art will cut muscle properly and strengthen ones joints too. I'm guessing you feel alive when your working out. Theres nothing like running on 'maximum'! Hell my brain is shot to shit.. thanks for keeping up with me this far
Not a problem man... if you want to pursue this further I suggest a new thread in this forum or to PM me directly. I'm more than willing to help out anyone who is truly serious about getting themselves into shape.
One person can't convince another to convert to a religion forcibly, or come up with some sort of proof that their spiritual path is one to follow. Spiritual awakening has to be something you do entirely on your own.
