Lots of people want to be normal and couldn't stand to be the people that get along fine on their own. The last time I checked, mothers telling their kids that they were special was just consoling method because kids get bullied for being different.

You have to be in the right mind set to want to be "unique". Most people find it easiest to conform and be normal.

hell no. not only am i not 'normal', i don't believe there is any such thing. i don't even believe it is normal to believe there is such a thing as normal. wasn't he some guy that got himself burnt as a steak back in the 15th century or something?
