if memory were all we were, then when we die we would truly die. i don't believe its that simple.

how we express what is important to us, changes with the means available to us to do so in our surroundings, which like the cells of our body, are constantly changing. but does that change what our intentions are? i don't see it as doing so.

If you track the physical processes of life down to the atomic level and beyond, it seems you are but a pattern ... a pattern of change (and exchange) where the certain entity - that you claim being you - kind of hosts a field of processes; whatever you feed yourself with becomes part of that vibration where nothing is stagnant but motion.

Creating it, we seem pretty constant. How real is it would be another question entirely.

Kafka didn't answer the question for you?

A man can do nothing as he is, doubting. What could bettering oneself mean with no clear idea of where or who you are now? Real is not a flavor and our own sorting out means nothing. No number of lifetimes can come to the end of it. In choosing to judge virtue we throw away the recognition of our inherent virtue as though we never had it. What you are is not in dispute though dispute it we do as though there were no real thing in the world. Knowing ourselves we know no better than each other but we can learn to function well or overcome anxiety and our minds without anxiety are kind and kindred to all things.

Leucippus says all anxiety is basically an illusion like the ego which comes with it. Thus a person changes from moment to moment out of his control for that. There is no reason he should worry about it, because the worlds are under control in understanding by the to come in and out for succinct judgments of enactedness in the Will.

There is my will, anxious and alluded, at the Will of the ideological togetherness. Some may triumph; many plays to watch about that freedom subject in the mid twentieth century on the matter.:)

Someone else will know. Constantly is in the world which is Yours. The person is actualized within the world, and ultimately an ideology testifies your world's person being the same from moment to moment.

Who you are for this Leucippian view is always an inventive speculation? Was it that way in the "Hunger Games"?

These realistic views for the moment to moment person per personality do have the problem of continuity though. Never thought materialism incapable of the truth? Well here it is. We stay the same person continuously: but from what externalized point of view?

That point of view is one where the material existence can be alive or dead. It is provable here say empirically or scientifically, because the Void represents explanations. ... represents explanations in something rather than nothing; that something is the meat of: "you are what you eat; you think like a time bomb; your fortune is due on a ship to transfer your corporeal being to Heaven" .. will your being be still corporeal once you get there? And then on Ash Wednesday which is coming this year in early March: from dust you came to dust you shall return. Just a thought; but all those atoms or particles are to have been of no consequence to the worlds we can tell for discontinuity of the unchanging Self.

Hearsay. Our sense of identity is fashioned for us as we fashion egos for others. Our sense of who he is assailed when we say he acted out of character. We also accept awards and defend our reputations based on the body's evidence of separate self.

There is no discerning evidence of separate self however, qualia and the like in self determination. Our thoughts are not private, organization to organism. Image to imagination.

In truth, which transcends time, here is not a discrete location nor now a discriminating moment. Dust remains dust unless it is smelted or forged into an alloy, oxides.

One important structural limitation of -a-lumin-i-um- alloys is their fatigue strength. Unlike steels, aluminium alloys have no well-defined fatigue limit, meaning that fatigue failure eventually occurs, under even very small cyclic loadings. This implies that engineers must assess these loads and design for a fixed life rather than an infinite life.

That's the common christian way of each one being himself: the ideologue laying claim to the "dialectic" FOR reason ruling the world at the expense of organic nature being poisoned and regulated against poisoning.

But I think it is that we knew we were fighting ourselves nationalistically against being ordinary and part of the human race.

... engineers must assess these loads...

The least concern is the same as the greatest devotion and the least irritation the same as the greatest catastrophe. There is no order of difficulty. I think we are afraid that love in fact serves us and skeptical of the truth, it seeming too good to be true.

we are the same collection of priorities until we actually not only choose to, but succeed in changing one or more of them. that is the kernal of true self, that is not changed, by the moment to moment fluctuations in the means by which to manifest it.

to outward appearances we may never be the same twice. but that is not the true self. only that kernal of personal nature is. we can and often do, change behaviors, without changing it. indeed often must, to express the same self.

There is one endemic priority, there is good and I must have it. All other voices or claims scramble to serve this one. Each one claims the truth regardless whether they are inconsistent among each other in particulars or not. We find ourselves then conflicted and we experience this as resistance or threat to any good perspective we entertain.

The thing is that these demanding perspectives are ephemeral constructions and we cannot count on them to appear at the appropriate time. The inspiration you claim in the evening this day as part of your life going forward is not the same inspiration you claim the next morning. That motivational dreamer the night before is not the same as the one who much prefers to sleep in the next day. These perspectives claiming special relevance are vain conceptions of the depth and breadth of the self. Each one has it's own defenses or barriers erected against consolidation and we find ourselves at war all the while longing at the deepest level for peace.

It is true that this friction creates alloys/allies that seem to function temporarily but these alloys have no well-defined fatigue limit, that is we have a high tolerance for pain but it is not infinite. Wars eventually wind down because the combatants on one side or both grow desperately weary of fighting. At some point everyone longs for mercy, and it is at this point that reconciliation of the shattered mind begins.

No one need better themselves, but if we become more familiar we are likely to care appropriately our protections extending naturally to those things we call our own.

Behaviors don't change. Behaviors flow from states of mind and an angry state of mind always produces angry reactions. A defensive position however has only suspicion at best to viciousness at worst with which to apprehend the world and is like choosing to grope around in a world of darkness.

That is such bullshit!! Where do you get off calling me angry, saying that I react angrily because I have an angry state of mind? HUH, GODAMMIT! :)
