are u a stoner or a pothead?

stoner...once in a while i feel the need to smoke, for mental reasons, but for the most part its what i like to do, a hobby i guess you could call it...

I smoke every day but still consider myself a stoner not a pothead

 

I would have to honestly say pothead, only because of the level of importance smoking and the whole culture is to me. I don't let it run my life per se, but without it I wouldn't know what to do. It's been a part of my life for so long, I literally can't imagine it not being there...

I would have to say pothead, because I thinks theres more than just stoner or pothead. there's like different levels of smokers. scavenger, stoner, pothead, reefer addict. ect...

 

i'l go for stoner, but at the time i must say i was a pothead (when i started to smoke, 4 years ago)

now i dont smoke too much, ther's other things in life than smoking weed or doing other drugs

 

Hmm, there's alot of dishonest people on these boards, but it's okay. I bet 90% percent of the people that post in the marijuana forum are pot heads, addicts. You really don't know if your an addict until your sober for at least a year. I thought I wasn't a reefer addict, but even though I only smoke on weekends, I still was. My life revolved around pot. Now I'm in rehab and I'm actually starting to begin to feel thankful for it. It's really hard to beilieve your not a pot head when you post on an internet borad dedicated SOULY to marijuana.

I know Im gonna get alot of shit for this, but that's alright, most of you will understand one day, hopefully.

P.S. I have no idea why Im posting here, it's a big trigger, but I just thought I might visit some old playgrounds from the past, whatever.

 

i know what you're talking about, i though about it many times, like most of the people i know in school, well all they think about is how many pot they'l buy for the weekend or what other drug they gona do (most of the time), i can't say that i am addictive to pot, it's just that i love smoke pot and the effect it have, the marijuana topic is a topic like others, why people go to the philosophy thread, to talk about philosophy, to thing related with it, marijuana topics are the same, topics are made for this (to talk), well maybe you're really a pot head if the only topic you come see is the marijuana's lol

 

i'm a pothead, for sure. and at the risk of being flamed i'd like to say that while i'm sure many of the people that steadfastly call themselves stoners very well may be just that, the fact that you're a member of on online marijuana community makes a bold statement about your pothead tendencies. (and i do realize that there's much more to this site than the marijuana portion), but if you're reading this then you obviously chose this part over the other countless forums, POTHEAD!!

I associated a stoner with what you guys are calling a pothead. So I'm gunna say I'm a pothead someone who smokes before everything but has their shit together. I have a 3.67 gpa, going to college next year, has a job, etc. cept I smoke A LOT. But it doesnt affect me in a negative way. Except I spend more $ than I should on glass and paraphenalia.

 

I would say borderline.

 

So far I think I agree in general with the overall consensus on the definitions of a "pothead" and "stoner", however for me i think it is also somewhat misleading due to the fact that most non-smokers (and occasionally those that do smoke) use both terms interchangeably. Personally I have never been one to feel comfortable with labels telling me who I am, so while I dont want to... I suppose me loving to smoke but being able to keep my mind focused on so many other enjoyable things in life (shrooms,X, etc.) I would say I am a Stoner...

 

Oh yeah and sex... definitely sex... cant be too worried about weed when you have to choose one or the other. Hmm, Then again... Damn. Both?

 

I think I may have answered this poll earlier, but I dont remember what I said. I used to be a pothead now I'm just a stoner.
