I can agree with this. Generally, if someone is running a business, it demands a lot of time to be successful. Just like when a woman does not tend her flowers, they get overgrown with weeds. But....

Having been in supervisory and management positions in the past, and currently having my own business, I can also tell you that the desires do not go away. They simply get put on the "back burner" because the business does not punch a clock. Even time spent away from the business, itself, is still spent doing research, planning, etc. It does not mean there is that much less thought about sex. It simply means a different set of priorities.

I know other business owners that would love to take their bikes to Sturgis. But they don't have someone that they feel they can depend on to run the business while they're on vacation for a week. Instead, they haven't had a vacation in more than ten years.

I stand by my earlier statement, that if women ever once gave a man "all he needs", the man would spend less time thinking about it.

 

I'm afraid I also lean toward his way of thinking.

Women are brought up believing that just because men have a sex drive, they have to have one as well. But with women, it seems to be more a matter of a "drive to have kids". It's not the same.

After a study was done (this was a number of years ago, when Masters and Johnson were popular), an article was written warning guys. A boy takes a girl out on a date, and has "roaming hands" and "rushing fingers". Generally she keeps saying "NO". But, beware when she says "yes". That is also the time of the month when she is most likely to become pregnant.

After I got married the first time, my wife wanted to spend time in the bedroom every night. After she had all the kids she wanted, she had her tubes tied. Then, things changed. "What's the point? We've got 3 kids. That's all we're going to have. My tubes are tied, I can't get pregnant anymore, So, what's the point?"

So, now, show me a woman's sex drive. I can certainly point to a drive to have kids. Because a man has a sex drive, a woman HAS TO HAVE ONE as well. Unfortunately, a woman does not even know what a sex drive is.

I've often thought a boy would be smart to have a vasectomy and not tell the girls. When he gets married, the more his wife tries to become pregnant, the better the life he enjoys. It would serve women right for the "bull-crap" they put a husband through.

I won't say I've heard them all, but I certainly have heard more than my share. If a woman wants nice looking teeth, she has to suffer through a dentist. If she wants kids, she has to suffer through a man.

Jesus Christ...I mean really, just Christ. How the fuck do you assume to know anything at all about the nature of female sexuality? The very fact of your masculinity means you simply can't. Nor, for that matter can I, but unlike you, I'm not arrogant enough to assume otherwise.

As for the myriad excuses women have (by your own admission) made in order not to have to let you shag them...That says rather more about how attractive a proposition (or not) the prospect of sex with you is. Again, it would seem your arrogance prevents you from considering this.

Absolutely. I think I'm more patient when it comes to this stuff than a lot of people. My ex was in disbelief that I haven't had sex or even kissed another girl since we broke up a year ago. And trust me, I'd love to say I have. I don't really get out and meet new people a lot - and when I do, I have this habit of cockblocking myself b/c I don't want to mislead anyone into thinking I have the time/energy for a full bf/gf relationship.

I'm actually friends with a lot of girls currently, but it's all solidly platonic. Friend-zoned by people that don't share the same ideals, but I still love em anyway

Although a lot of that makes sense from a logical "survival of the species" point of view, there's an element of free will that we have which enables us to transcend the base guidelines set by mother nature if we desire. (Otherwise, I would never cockblock myself haha). Actually, my guess is a lot of the ladies on this forum are drawn here because they don't fit that stereotype - whether by choice or chance. (well that's one of many reasons why someone may be drawn here)

 

I don't care about sex, just this fucking body im in loves it so much. My soul doesn't really give a fuck about it though and wants much different, much more things in life.

Testosterone is a drug and our brain is flooded with it constantly. So yea we think about it a lot, especiall in the 16-30 years old range. But that's not an excuse for treating women like objects. There are good guys out there that treat women with respect.

Sure, we're men, we like to break shit , get drunk , and be loud but we have deeper feelings than some of you make think. I can only speak for myself here...yes i love to fuck like a rabbit for not only my pleasure but the pleasure of whatever woman I'm involved with at the time. And I'm pretty sure that there are other males here who feel the same (not trying to make an ad populum argument here).

 

I hate the way that women are objectified in American culture. I wonder what percentage of women like being objectified and what percentage dislike women being objectified.
